Action Steps
1) The NEXT STEPS team will work with our church board to consider the findings of the studies involved in this NEXT STEPS strategy.
2) All ministries, strategies and structure of Harvest Ridge Church will be "on the table" and evaluated.
3) The results of these evaluations (along with the findings previously discussed) will be considered as our NEXT STEPS team and church board considers changes and restructure to the strategy and ministries of Harvest Ridge Church.
4) Our church board will approve and communicate our strategy to impact our community.
